How long does shipping take?
Hang tight, your comfy sweatpants will be with you shortly! Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days. If you're ordering internationally, it might take a bit longer, but we promise it's worth the wait!

What's your refund policy?

We do not accept returns if:

- The goods are used or appear to have been worn.
- The 14-day return period has been exceeded.
- The goods are not packed properly.
- The goods have been exposed to smoke or other odors and substances.
- Hangtags are removed or damaged.
- The goods are not the originals that we sent to you.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the bag. A fee of DKK 50 will be charged if the original packaging is missing.

All tags must remain attached, and the product must show no signs of wear or use. Returns with removed tags will not be accepted.

Please remember to include your order number in your return parcel.
