Refund & Returns

 

  1. a. Find Return Portal:
    Scroll to the bottom of the website and click on “RETURN PORTAL”. Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

    b. Eligibility:
    Please make sure your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns submitted after this period will not be approved.

    c. Return Shipping:
    Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label via email. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
    A return label fee of 48 DKK will be deducted from your refund, along with a 12 DKK handling fee.

    d. Inspection & Refund:
    When our warehouse receives the returned item, it will be inspected. If the item meets our return requirements, a refund will be issued.
    You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

NOTE: We do NOT accept the goods if:

The goods are used or look like they have been worn.

The 14 day return period has been exceeded.
The goods are not packed responsible.
The goods has been exposed for smoke or other smells and substances.
Hangtags is removed or damaged.
If the goods aren't the original that we send you.
Please add a note with your ordernumber in your return parcel.

 

Refund terms:

  1. a. Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for products that are returned in their original condition and meet our return criteria.

    b. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  3. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. It's not possible to exchange sizes, you will need to return your order, and place a new order with the right size.
