Refund & Returns

  1. Policy Overview: Please note that all sales made through ShopCorazon.com are considered final. Our products are sold as-is without any guarantee. By making a purchase with us, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to our no refund and no return policy.

  2. Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above, there may be certain exceptional circumstances under which we may consider a refund or return. These are strictly limited to:

    a. Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you received is defective or significantly damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a return or refund. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product with photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

    b. Incorrect Product: If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product for a possible return or exchange.

  3. Return Process:

    a. Contact Us: For eligible returns, please contact our customer service team with your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence.

    b. Approval: Returns are subject to our approval. After reviewing your return request, we will inform you of our decision and provide further instructions.

    c. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for returning the product in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

NOTE: We do NOT accept the goods if:

The goods are used or look like they have been worn.

The 14 day return period has been exceeded.
The goods are not packed responsible.
The goods has been exposed for smoke or other smells and substances.
Hangtags is removed or damaged.
If the goods aren't the original that we send you.
Please add a note with your ordernumber in your return parcel.

 

Refunds:

  1. a. Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for products that are returned in their original condition and meet our return criteria.

    b. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
