Refund policy

Returns 

If you need to return an item due to an error or issue, please email us at corazonworking@gmail.com with your order number (#xxxx) and request a return. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order and will only be accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that are opened or show signs of use cannot be returned. Requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected. The refund will cover the full purchase price but will exclude the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that it takes 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to be processed and appear in your account.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Corazon is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. In such cases, we will confirm delivery details, including tracking information and carrier details, to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
